You are the person clients call when something stops working: you install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure in the field. You work with companies and public institutions, on real equipment, not on abstract tickets.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems and PC hardware
- Ability to diagnose, and patience when talking to the client
- Category B driving licence — we also work at the client’s site
- Conversational Romanian; technical English is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with servers, virtualisation or video surveillance systems
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
You design and implement the infrastructure our projects run on: networks, servers, storage, security. You are involved from the audit stage through to commissioning and maintenance.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience designing and configuring networks (switching, routing, VLAN, VPN)
- Windows and/or Linux server administration, virtualisation
- Backup, redundancy and monitoring solutions
- Category B driving licence
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with physical security and access control systems
- Work on projects for public institutions
You install and commission the smart benches, solar lighting poles, bus shelters and parking systems, then keep them running. You see the result of your work installed in the city every day.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Practical skill and experience installing equipment
- Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge
- Availability to travel
- Category B driving licence
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with photovoltaic systems
- Electrical qualification (ANRE authorisation)
You draw the products before they exist: benches, shelters, solar parking structures, equipment enclosures. You work with production and the installation team, including on special orders.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 3D design and technical drawing (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360 or equivalent)
- Knowledge of metal structures and manufacturing technologies
- Attention to detail and to the real cost of production
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with products meant for outdoor use
- Understanding of integrating electrical and photovoltaic components
You diagnose and repair laptops, computers, printers and other electronic equipment. You work with quality parts and to deadlines the client sees respected.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience with hardware repair and component soldering
- Ability to diagnose from symptoms, not by swapping parts at random
- Orderly work and parts tracking
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with component-level repair (SMD, reballing)
- Knowledge of power electronics
You keep projects on schedule and clients informed. You work with infrastructure, production and installation teams, sometimes on the same project, from contract to handover.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience coordinating technical or infrastructure projects
- Clear communication with private and public sector clients
- Organisation, budget and deadline tracking, reporting
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with projects funded from public or European funds
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
You present the group’s solutions to companies and local administrations: from ePrimăria and smart urban furniture, to IT services and automation.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT or technical equipment
- The ability to understand a technical solution and explain it in the client’s terms
- Category B driving licence
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with public institutions and public procurement
- An existing network in local administration
You handle suppliers, orders, delivery times and stock, so the installation and service teams have what they need on time.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Experience in procurement, supply or logistics
- Supplier negotiation and order tracking
- Organised work with documents and records
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with imports and international transport
- Knowledge of IT equipment or technical components
