STATEMENT.

The standard we apply

The flexinvest.ro website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by EN 301 549, adopted in the European Union through Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment, combining automated and manual testing. No independent external audit has been carried out.

What we tested

We went through the main pages — home, services, projects, blog, certifications, careers and contact — checking:

• Colour contrast, measured for every text and background combination;
• Keyboard navigation: focus order, focus visibility, and the skip-to-content link;
• Structure: heading hierarchy, page landmarks and lists;
• Forms: labels bound to fields, required-field marking and error announcement;
• Images: presence of alternative text;
• Animation: honouring the system setting for reduced motion.

Current status

Following these checks we corrected the issues found. As of the last assessment, the tested pages pass automated checks and the manually verified aspects conform.

The site is considered conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, subject to the limitations below.

Known limitations

We are transparent about what we cannot guarantee:

• We have not run tests with real users of assistive technology. Automated and manual checking covers part of the criteria, but does not replace the experience of someone who uses a screen reader daily.
• Content added later — articles, documents, images — may introduce issues if it does not follow the same rules. We review periodically.
• Downloadable documents, should any exist, are not covered by this statement.
• The group's brand websites have their own statements or are not covered here.

How to report a problem

If you meet a barrier on this site — a page you cannot navigate, a form you cannot complete, text you cannot read — please write to us at office@flexinvest.ro.

Briefly describe the page and the difficulty you encountered. We reply within 10 working days at the latest and tell you what we can fix and by when.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), through the complaint channels linked in the footer of this site.

Updating this statement

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the site.
