• Services — the software development, IT and hardware infrastructure, IoT and Smart City, and artificial intelligence automation services presented on the website.

3. Purpose of the website and acceptance of these terms

The website is presentational in nature. It describes the activity of the Flexinvest group, the services offered, reference projects and open positions.

By accessing and using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

This website is not an online shop. No sale-purchase contracts are concluded and no payments are made through it. No firm orders are placed and no delivery obligations are created.

4. Use of the website

You undertake to use the website in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited:

• to submit through the forms any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene or infringes third-party rights;

Please do not send us confidential information or special categories of personal data through the forms (data on health, political or religious beliefs, trade union membership, etc.). If you do send such data, you do so at your own risk.

12. Governing law. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts at the operator’s registered office.
